Sub-Contract Conditions

These conditions apply to subcontractors engaged by Core Climate to perform work on behalf of the company.

Subcontractors must perform all work to a professional standard and comply with industry best practices.

All subcontractors must follow UK health and safety regulations and maintain safe working practices on site.

Subcontractors must maintain appropriate insurance coverage including public liability insurance where applicable.

All work must comply with relevant legislation, building regulations, and industry standards.

Subcontractors must treat all company and client information as confidential and must not disclose information without prior consent.

Payment will be made in accordance with the agreed contract terms once work has been completed to a satisfactory standard.
